2. RUNNERS’ GET-TOGETHER
A so-called ‘Pasta party’ will be organised on Friday at 8 pm. It is all about runners socialising on the eve of the run when lots of fresh pasta will be cooked, when we will get together and be entertained with a music programme.
Price of the Pasta party:

- 3 € (on the day of the event)

What does the price include?
The price includes an organised running event according to the standards of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) and Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) with track security, refreshments along the track and in the finish area, a warm meal, measurement and publishing of the results as well as medical assistance. Electronic measurements will be carried out with chips. Every participant will receive along with a competition number also a chip for single use. All participants of the Four Bridges Run will get various promotion materials, products and services provided by the sponsors.
1 EURO FOR CHARITY
1 euro will be taken from each entry fee for charity.
4. CATEGORIES
The night 10K Four Bridges Run will be divided into six categories – same for women and men. The additional category is the relay run formed of two women, two men or mixed teams regardless of age.

Relays
The relay run involves teams of two women, men or mixed teams regardless of age. The track for the relay is the same as the track for the individuals and the starting time is also the same. The relay track is divided into two laps. The first member of the team runs the lap of 4 km, the second member has 6 km to run. Relay change is in Spodnji trg and it will well marked.
5. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
The number of paid registration is limited to 1511.
In the afternoon of March 26th 1511, one of the strongest earthquakes in this part of Europe has hit Škofja Loka. Earthquake damage is well documented. Memorial plates, engraved in stone, are built in the walls of the Škofja Loka castle and granary. In the chapel, inside the house of citizen Schwartz, an inscription on the wall has been found, describing earthquake and its consequences. Even thou town has suffered a substantial damage, Bishop Philip has managed to renew it in few years, and quick development followed. Many buildings from those times are still in use today.
6. 100 EUROS FOR THE TRACK RECORD
A new record of the track in individual competition will be rewarded with 100 euros. The current record holders are Lucija Krkoč (Mizuno Team) with the time 35:46 and Stefan Listabarth (Asics Frontrunner Austria) with the time 30:24.
7. ESTIMATED TIME OF RUNNING
For the sake of better safety and easier organisation the individual competitors are required to estimate their running time on the application form (up to 40 minutes, from 40 to 50 minutes; more than 50 minutes). According to the estimated times the participants will be divided into three groups each having a different colour competition number. Each group will have a different starting box.
8. MEDICAL CARE
Everybody competes at their own risk. During the run medical teams will be at the ready.
9. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS
The announcement of the results for the night 10K run will be at approximately 11 pm.
10. GENERAL TERMS
The competition will be held according to the rules of SAF (Slovenian Athletics Federation) and the rules of this notice.
The official results of the competition will be published on the web site http://www.t4m.si.
The appeal committee will be on sight on the day of the competition in Mestni trg. Written complaints can be submitted to the appeal committee with the deposit of 20 EUR.
